WEST HOMESTEAD, Pa.—An arrest has been made in a fatal 2008 shooting at a Pittsburgh-area restaurant.

Allegheny County Police say 21-year-old Brandon Jeffrey Johnson has been charged in the slaying of 19-year-old Brian Lee of West Mifflin at the Damon's Restaurant in West Homestead.

Johnson has been charged with homicide, aggravated assault, robbery and weapons charges in the July 13, 2008, slaying. He was arrested late Saturday in McKeesport, and police expect to file more charges.

Allegheny County Police did not know early Sunday whether Johnson had a lawyer.
