A York City man who was stabbed Sunday night was treated and released from the hospital.

Lamar Antwoine Sipe, 25, was stabbed in the abdomen by an unknown person at about 11:30 p.m. Sunday night along the 500 block of West Philadelphia Street, York City Police reported. Sipe was stabbed during a robbery.

Sipe, who lives on West Philadelphia Street, was taken to Memorial Hospital for treatment, police said.

He was treated and released, according to a hospital spokeswoman.
