The York Fugitive Task Force arrested 10 people on 23 warrants and two during warrant sweeps May 1 and May 2. Three of the warrants were domestic-relations warrants, for failure to pay a total of $71,989 in support. District-judge warrants served had associated fines totaling $1,992.

The task force consists of the York County Sheriff's office, U.S. Marshals, York City Police, the York County District Attorney's County Detective Division and Pennsylvania State Police.

---Malachi Glass, 25, of Harrisburg, a state probation and parole warrant for possession of drugs with intent to deliver and four district magistrate warrants with fines totaling $684.

---Kevin Williams, 26, of North York, warrants for robbery and providing false identification to law enforcement officials.

---David Smith, 46, of Spring Grove, a warrant for theft, a state probation and parole warrant for theft and a district magistrate warrant for bad checks with a fine of $549.

---Norman Shaffer, 39, of York City, a domestic relations warrant with arrears totaling $20,461.

---Kelly Runkle, 29, of York City, a warrant for identity theft and access device fraud and a district magistrate warrant with a fine of $225.

---Michael Nelson Jr., 18, of West York, a warrant for recklessly endangering, fleeing and eluding police, escape and a district magistrate warrant with a fine of $157.
