The school's 38th commencement is at 6 p.m. at the Pullo Family Performing Arts Center on campus.
Wolf became Secretary of Revenue in April 2007 and is a member of the Pennsylvania Business Tax Reform Commission.
In the past, Wolf was chairman of the board and president of the Wolf Organization, his family-owned building materials business.
He has also served on numerous boards of trustees for nonprofits around York County, including York County Chamber of Commerce, United Way of York County and The York County Community Foundation.
He also served as chairman of York College's board of trustees.
During commencement, Penn State York will also continue its open microphone tradition, allowing graduates to speak briefly. A reception will follow the ceremony.
York College will have Rep. Dutch Ruppersberger, D-Md., speak to the more than 700 graduating students at 10:30 a.m. Saturday on the Campus Mall.
Ruppersberger is serving his third term in Maryland's Second District. He was the first Democratic newcomer to be appointed to the House Select Committee on Intelligence.
Ruppersberger will receive an honorary Doctor of Laws degree.
