The York County Sheriff's Office is seeking a registered sex offender, Kenneth Russell, 60, who is believed to be in the southern York County area and has failed to comply with conditions set from a prior conviction for attempted rape.

Russell, of Brogue, is required to register with the state police for a time period ordered by the court.
