HOLLIDAYSBURG, Pa.—A Johnstown man is in jail on charges he fatally shot another Johnstown man outside a cabin in Blair County.

Thirty-seven-year-old Shawn Patrick Dugan is charged with criminal homicide and other charges, including theft related to an car the victim owned.

Police say the victim is 39-year-old Marcus John Chromy, who was last seen by his family on Saturday. They went looking for him when he didn't return after a few days and found him dead at the cabin in Greenfield Township on Wednesday.

Police say Chromy had been shot once. They recovered his vehicle and arrested Dugan in Pittsburgh on Thursday. It's unclear if he has an attorney.
